2. DEMOSTRATIVE PHASE : (it develops in kitchen equipped with 18 fires)
Demonstration of the preparation and cooking of the dishes of the built menu
Practice for the participants of some phases of preparation

3. LUNCH PHASE: enjoy the buffet lunch maybe on the pool site
